What I can help with

Trauma

When past wounds show up in your relationships, your reactions, or your body, it can activate feelings of shame or confusion. Trauma often lingers quietly until life pressures bring it back to the surface. You're not broken. Your nervous system is asking for care, safety, and healing.

Divorce / Breakups

The end of a relationship can shake your world in ways you never saw coming. You may feel lonely, anxious, or unsure of who you are without the identity you carried for so long. Even if you know the ending was right, the grief, confusion, and emotional exhaustion can feel devastating.

Relationship Attachment Wounds

Attachment wounds often form through relationships where closeness felt uncertain, overwhelming, or unreliable. You may notice yourself stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, emotional distance, or fear of being “too much” or “not enough.” Through a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach, we gently work toward restoring safety, regulation, and secure connection.

Grief

We often only think of grief as following the death of a loved one. However, grief can also arise after divorce, relationship endings, life transitions, or the loss of who you once were. These losses can deeply impact your sense of identity, safety, and meaning. In therapy, we create space to process your grief with compassion and support your healing at your own pace.

Mom Stress / Burnout

When you're juggling everyone's needs but your own, it can feel like you're running on fumes. You might find yourself with a short fuse, stretched thin, and silently wondering how much longer you can keep it all together. You’ve been carrying far too much for far too long.

Midlife Transitions

Starting over or even imagining something new can feel exciting and terrifying at the same time. You might question your abilities, your path, or whether it's "too late" to choose yourself. Reinvention asks you to face uncertainty, but it also opens the door to a chapter that finally feels aligned.
