About Me

Suzanne Davis

Hi, I’m Suzanne, trauma therapist and fellow traveler of difficult roads.

I came to this work later in life, after my own journey through struggle, healing, and profound life transitions. As a child, I carried deep emotional wounds and grew up within complicated family dynamics. In adulthood, I repeated patterns and my path continued to unfold in unexpected ways. I've experienced divorce, loss, career burnout, and infertility. It wasn't until I did my own work in therapy that I was able to live from a place of authenticity rather than survival. In midlife, I found true love, experienced the joy of becoming a mother, and answered a lifelong calling to become a therapist.

I don't just bring education and training into my work. I bring lived experience. One of the greatest privileges of being a therapist is to walk alongside others as they rebuild, rediscover, and gently reinvent themselves into the next version of who they're becoming. No matter your age, your past, or the chapters you've lived through, healing is possible.
